I hope you are well! I wanted to introduce you to Tim Caffrey who I’ve had the pleasure to work with over the last year as he led our technical recruiting efforts building out our team.

Tim is a rockstar – we went through at least two different technical recruiters until we found Tim who had an incredible success rate but also the ability to really understand the nuanced engineers and product folks we were looking for and went out and not only found them but closed them. As you know, the first impression a recruiter leaves on a candidate represents their impression of the company. Tim got up to speed on Talkiatry, our tech stack, and our requirements incredibly quickly.
